i finally found a source for raw milk: the mennonites!

it takes me an hr's drive to get to their farm, but i am sure that it

will be worth it. plus, it was just $1.50/gal. so far, i've only

tasted the milk, and it was quite nice...kinda like melted vanilla

ice cream. (this from someone who could never drink milk straight

without gagging.)

i've been gleaning the archives for yogurt suggestions and want to

thank everyone for sharing their expertise, and especially alan,

william, and brenda.
