after surgery funny/ Re: Hospital survival bag

Hi all,

I thought you all could use a laugh for the day. before we left for surgery

in CO. my dear hubby bought a calling card to keep up with family back home

whom did not have email. After my surgery he had left the card somewhere that

I some how found it ( hee hee). I guess I started calling people in my book I

had brought with me. The page of numbers I called (all of them mind you)

were the numbers of our veternarians, doctors, 4-H office staff, and some

others, just to let them know that the surgery went great and just talked up a

storm I guess. I even called my dear hubby very, very early in the morning to

make sure he was sleeping ok. Needless to say I do not remember the calls nor

half the people I talked too. That morphine must have been some good

stuff....not to mention that I spread the word of chiari in the process. My

next visit

to the vet's office will be interesting, lol.
