MY LIFE INSPIRATION

We all walk through our lives and battle different things on a daily

basis and sometimes, its all just too much!!

Many years ago, before I got sick, I had a life changing event and

fealt as though life had kicked me in the butt.

I went through my days with anger and resentment, just feeling sorry

for myself. Each time life would throw me another curveball, I would

think " why me?? " and I would dwell on the negatives in my life.

One day I walked into a dentist office and sat sitting in the chair.

I was a single mom with very little money and things were just bleek

for me. I'd get caught up a bit financially and my car would die, my

well literally ran dry or some other thing that would set me back. I

was so sick of the daily struggles and wondered when my life would

make a turn for the better...

Then one day I walked into a dentist office and sat sitting in the

chair. There was a poster on the wall. It said

IF LIFE DIDN'T HAVE SO MANY VALLIES

THERE WOULD BE NO MOUNTAINS TO CLIMB.

I thought of this and realized that this is exactly what I was

missing in my life!! Instead of feeling like my life was a landslide,

I began to look at my life from a different perspective.

Life would be very boring if we walked straight ahead. But when you

fall in, you have to pick yourself up and start climbing again. You

may not ever make it to the top before you again slide down but never

give up!!

This has helped me so many times throughout my adult life. And here I

am sick, sliding down. But I am bound and determined that I will

begin my climb again. It will definately be done with changes but

I'll never give up!!

For those days that you go through with this illness, and you are

feeling so hopeless, find a mountain and start at the bottom. Keep

your chin up and start climbing!!

We all need someting positive in our lives to get through all of

this. This was mine. I hope you find yours too!!

Happy days to all of you!!
