Guest guest
Fragrance, Who says too much Omegas will elevate cholesterol? First, too much of anything can be problematic. There is gobs of evidence that shows Omega 3 helps lower cholesterol and is very good for the heart and lungs. Our bodies need cholesterol for sex and adrenal hormones - and it's needed in order for the liver and nervous systems to work effectively. I believe you have to look beyond cholesterol numbers. If you believe cholesterol numbers cause heart disease and so on then you'll always worry.
