Hot, numb, tingly sensations in hand & feet while trying to sleep

Hi all. After I had my daughter 3.5 years ago my feet were always hot when I

went to bed ...

to the point I needed to put a fan or ice packs on them. Figured it was just

fluid shifting post

pardom. It was odd as I usually have very cold hand and feet and still do during

the day ... as

in Raynauds cold.

Now it is my hands & feet that get hot while trying to sleep. The also go numb &

get tingly

and it is moving up my arms. Having lots more neck issues as well while trying

to sleep. This

is happening with both sides and it does not matter if I am laying on one side

they will both

do these things.

My PCP wants me to see a neuro ... I will. I am wondering if anyone else has

this problem.

Do any of these issues go a long with chiari ... or could they be from

something else.

My shoulders are slipping out of place more than ever while trying to sleep.

This all becoming very uncomfortable and I am constantly having to switch

positions.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
