Guest guest
Hi, BJ - thanks so much for all of this. I bought one of the more expensive pill forms of Magnesium, it's called " Doctor's Best " by TRAACS - High Absorption, 100% Chelated, fully reacted, not buffered and has BioPerine... whatever all of that means! I just looked for the high absorption stuff and that's what I've been taking! It's never caused any side effects (like diarrhea) in me, so I think it gets absorbed. But I never noticed anything different in my health from it. Out of curiosity, what brand of liquid mag do you take? My MD friend says that your Mag levels have to be very low to show up low on a blood test. So mine have always been *just* slightly low, but that was enough to concern him a bit. I do drink strong coffee and some tea, which know deplete magnesium, but I'm not sure how I'd get along without those. I am definitely not as bad with the coffee as a lot of people though. ~s > > > > > > Hi , > > > > > > How are you doing?
