Hi Michele and others from Sue,

First of all... Thanks to Vera and Amy for all the input on Mb12 SHOTS.. I'll try to attach that to the SPRAY summary sheet... as I would assume reactions will be similar for both.

Regarding the tiredness, of your son, Michele, I too felt that way the first day I used 2 squirts of MB12 nasal spray with folinic.

But when I used only ONE squirt the second day.. I felt good. both days I had the extra Zinc and other supps recommended.

So maybe your son's reaction could also be dose related??

Also,

I use two types of Zinc... Zinc monomethionine in pill form and ZNC--Zinc Sulfate Solution by Systemic Formulas..( a liquid form) of zinc sulfate heptahydrate.

The liquid can be purchased through Infinity Health at 1- or from some Naturopaths. I prefer the liquid as there is no taste... until you get too much (so taste is an indicator of how much to use if you don't muscle test.) The normal dose is 2 tsp. per day... but I often need 2 TBSP. on a average day.. and 4 TBSP. if I feel a cold coming on... or other stress. ( I muscle test it every day.) Some days I don't need any.... When I need large quantities of Zinc... the pill form gives me a bad stomach ache (feel like vomiting)... but large Quantities of the LIQUID do NOT give me any neg. reactions. Unfortunately the liquid is more expensive even with a professional discount at Infinity. Another advantage of the liquid is it can be sprayed on the body for absorption. I do that for my 25 yr old son while giving him therapeutic brushings. ( He refuses to take any supplements.)

Hope that helps,

Sue

I decided to methylate along with my son, using sublingual MB12. I have to tell you something, this is NOT pleasant. If I don't take enough folic acid, I begin to have the shakes. I have become VERY irritable (not me at ALL). I have difficulty concentrating on anything should I take too much. And the YEAST has caused horrible heartburn/tummy issues. I felt if my son was going to go through this I wanted to be on the bandwagon with him. I took the MB12 every other day instead of every third day, and today was horrible. I cannot imagine how a child feels if they have to go through the day like this. One thing I can say is that the teacher who so often complained about my son's being able to focus, has noticed that he's much more "on task" and his language has come very very far. We are on week 4 at this point. Eye contact is close to excellent. I noticed dark circles under my sons eyes this morning, which I am being told is yeast. He is also starting to have bad breath. Yeast in the tummy. Make sure your child tells you how he/she is feeling and keep your eyes open for all signs, some that may not be obvious. Overall, so far our experience has been very positive. I supplement the MB12 with 800 mg folic acid daily. He also takes a good, child's multi vitamin daily that has just about all the "bases covered". He does not have a diagnosis of autism, but dyspraxia. He is 7, age appropriately verbal, mainstreamed in a 1st grade classroom. Although his diagnosis is not autism, he was vax'd, so I'm figuring he also got the mercury, best to clear out as much as possible. The MB12 even at this early stage, has made a very positive difference. AmyJ Thorpe
