Just thought that I would mention. If you go to the " Files " section of our

There is a paper there by Dr. B discussing minimally invasive surgery. It

was written a couple of years ago, so some of the techniques may have

changed somewhat. However, I believe that the majority is still very valid.

It just helps to explain BOTH types of surgery... As always, knowing AMAP

about anything before making a decision is a " good thing " .
