Sheila I'm going to reiterate some things to you that Genie told me

to do with taking the Armour and I guess this would be a great time

for you to try it since you probably can't taste anything from having

the flu!

Try taking your Armour sublingually and this way, you won't have to

worry about any absorption problems. I've been taking mine this way

from day one and from my last tests, you can really tell that it's

getting absorbed like it should because my Free's were in the high

range. And, you're beginning on the same dosage that I'm taking so

I'll betcha you'll start noticing some differences in just a few

days! Well maybe because you're sick it might take a few days longer

then I did but YAY - I'm so glad to hear you're finally getting the

Armour! :o)

I'm going to start splitting my dosage tomorrow because the last few

days I've noticed I'm getting these hot flashes about the same time

every morning! Yup, I actually do have blood in these ole veins!

I'm going to start taking just half, first thing in the morning and

then do the other half before lunch. This way, I'm hoping that it's

still early enough in the day that I won't have any problems sleeping

at night.

I'm really glad you got the Armour and did you buy it in a quantity

of 100 and get a sealed bottle? I'm not even going thru my insurance

on this because I'd end up paying more getting 30 at a time, then it

cost me to get 100 and that was $19.19 at CVS pharmacy (which had the

cheapest price down here).

Good luck but I know you're gonna feel so much better on the

Armour! :o)

{{hugs}}

Debbie

P.S. Yes, I have heard of people taking Armour and Cytomel and/or

Synthroid at the same time.
