Hi,

I remember some people complaning about physical therapy being too

tiring. Well I am happy to report that the therapist that I saw is just

having me do some stretches because the muscles are too tight in my tail

bone area. And it's helping alleviate some of the pain. Of course rest

and the right massage therapist also helps. I use hot stones to relax

the muscles and then I stretch. It's very relaxing and de-stressing.
