Hi

My neice thinks that it is great that I listen to the same music that she

does. It gives us something in common and brings us closer together. She is

the one who lives with my parents and isn't very close to her mother. We

just love to sit together and chat. Her friends think its neat also.

I had also heard that Stapp was having a hard time. If you listen to

the songs on the Weathered album, you can hear the pain. He just got

divorced and is struggling. I would just love to help him get over it

though. Oops, did I say that?!!! LOL.

I am starting to feel better. The Remicade seems to have done the trick. My

back is even starting to be a little better. It is strange, but it is

showing the same signs that my joints do with the RA. I wonder if it is

connected. I wanted to get one of those Ab-Doer exercise machines, but the

drs said not to jump in too quickly and to wait. They all advised to start

slowly with stretching and then work my way up to the more active exercises.

I just want to get rid of some of this excess weight.

We are getting ready for the birthday party on Saturday. I have most of the

supplies and the cake is ordered, so now we wait. I have had a few of

Wyatt's school friends call and say that they were coming, so that will be

great. I am worried about the weather though. It is snowing right now and

about 10 degrees. The roads are covered and the salt trucks aren't having

much effect on them. It is too cold for the salt to work so they are putting

cinders down for traction. Our fire dept went out about 3 hours ago and

haven't returned yet. Its just one of those nights that makes you happy to

be home. We have a stray cat in the neighborhood. I caught it tearing up my

garbage bags the other night, so I put out a plate of food for it. It won't

let you get very close to it though. I felt that at least it will have some

food for energy to keep warm anyway. I know the poor thing is freezing out

there, but like I said, it won't come too close to anyone.

I'm still getting used to the new internet service. It's not bad, but I just

have to find out where everything is, so please bear with me.
