Yes, I've seen a few people on our site that take both. I personally think

(and this is only my opinion) that those people who do well on this are

probably poor converters from T4 to T3. Their glands may be making plenty

of the T4, but either not converting, or not much of it actually getting

into the cells. In my case, I freak out with a big loading dose of T3, yet

I need that little bit of extra T3 to feel better, not the big load. This

is a very individual thing.
