Guest guest
Sunny, That sounds like peripheal neuropothy-are you diabetic, or have you been tested for it? I have Type 1 diabetes, and I have had neuropothy for years now. It also is a symptom of the implants though. Here's a link I found for it.... http://www.wrongdiagnosis.com/p/peripheral_neuropathy/symptoms.htmSunny <wellnessnow@...> wrote: Please pray for me....my left leg is getting worse...nerve endings are acting up with sharp pain....numbness, yet sharp pain....weird combination! Guest guest
I have peripheral neuropathy and am not diabetic, mine was directly caused by toxins in my implants. Guest guest
Oh Sunny, I'm so sorry this is happening. I'll definitely pray for you, you have been through so much, but yet remain a ray of sunshine here. Guest guest
No, I'm not diabetic...I believe it's from the toxins that have been floating around in my body for years. I'm seeing my Family Doc on Oct. 3 and am going to ask for some tests to be done. Also, I have had a cold for 3 weeks that has turned ugly...my right lung (AGAIN!) viral pneumonia, I think. My immune system sure has taken a beating from those implants. Probably get a chest x-ray. I'm just so grateful those ugly disease-causers are out of my body so I can have a chance to heal, at least. This Neuropathy thing is somewhat frightening to me. I'd better stop researching...and let it rest for awhile. It's spreading so fast on my leg. Started at the knee and is down to my foot now. Sometimes I can barely drag my leg around. O.K....that's enough! God WILL heal me! I'm going to have many joyous years with my grandchildren and that's all there is to it! Guest guest
Sunny, Have them check you for RLS in that leg. Guest guest
What I meant was Regional Pain Syndrome, not RLS. Guest guest
Sunny, From what I've read about it, it says that to make it better, you are supposed to walk on it more. My calves absolutely kill me when I walk...and I used to jog 2 miles or more a day, every day-just a few years ago! I walked today, for the first time since my surgery last week-I seem to be even worse than before! I was in a LOT of pain, after just a few yards of walking! And then afterwards, I was so incredibly tired that I had to lay down and nap! What's going on? I thought I was supposed to get better, not worse here!Sunny <wellnessnow@...> wrote: No, I'm not diabetic...I believe it's from the toxins that have been floating around in my body for years. Guest guest
Leyna, It is not surprising that you are feeling bad when you take a walk-- you are still recovering. Your body just went through a major ordeal, and it could take some time to regain its strength. Also, I have read numerous posts from women who felt a rush of adrenalin right after surgery and thought they were recovering quite quickly, only to backslide a bit later. This seems normal. It happened to me. I would try not to get too caught up in thinking about whether you feel as well as you think you should. It will be a process. Just try and baby yourself as much as you can-- get lots of rest, eat well, try and take walks if you can, relax and breathe deeply. Give your body a chance to do its job. I know, easier said than done! Bindi Re: Re: Peripheral Neuropathy Sunny, From what I've read about it, it says that to make it better, you are supposed to walk on it more. Guest guest
I've read a lot of really bad stuff about Cymbalta....(it's an anti-depressant)....the FDA released it even after one girl commited suicide in the studies! Supposedly it has a pretty high suicide rate.Sunny <wellnessnow@...> wrote: Brigit, what is Cymbalta?Love, Sunny >> Sunny... I have this as well. Cymbalta helped greatly.
