Water is key! I was lazy about it until January. Since then Ihave been drinking it in quantities of 6 to 7 glasses (8 oz) per day! My skin is now baby behind smooth and my moods are better - energy up! Just feel better. I never wake up with a headache now or have that overnight drying out feeling or those odd mucus build ups I used to wake to!

Drinking the water helps me to keep up with the vitamins too! I only take two iron tablets (65 mg) a day with a vitamin C (500 mg each) and I take 2 fish oil capsules per day. That and my Armour thyroid that is!

One other thing I have noticed is my hands and feet are not cold anymore. Before this water and vitamin regime, I always had icy hands and feet?!
