Hi again,

I have the phone # and address for the Bernard Jensen Gelatin from the book but I wondered if grocery store gelatin (Knox brand) is acceptable. Should we be concerned about mad cow from gelatin? I read that a lot of our gelatin is imported.

Sorry to be so inquisitive today. I'm really trying to apply NT as soon as possible.

No need to worry about mad cow in the gelatin. Super market gelatin is OK, but so expensive. Sally
