Guest guest
As a child and throughout my twenties, I suffered from all of the same symptoms as your son. Over the years, what has helped me is high antioxidant supplementation, a low/almost no-dairy diet, limited whole grains, virtually no " whites " like pasta, bread, white rice, etc., no processed/packaged foods, staying hydrated, drinking green tea and eating lots of vegetables. I used to have constant and chronic sinus infections and ongoing severe migraines. I was medicated almost all of the time. The above changes helped significantly. I almost never need medication anymore. Hope this helps. Guest guest
I totally agree with Dana. Food is often a HUGE component but with my environmental allergies and my son’s are also a huge problem. My son is now on singulair which seems to be helping along with GF/CF/EF/tree nut free diet. CJ had an MRI when he was 2yrs and the only thing they really commented on was his chronic sinusitis. This has completely been taken care of by OPC-3’s which is an antioxidant supplement. His nose used to run most of the year until I started giving this. It has many things in it including grape seed extract and pine bark extract. He almost never has a running nose anymore and never has a sinus infection since using this product everyday. Good luck, From: mb12 valtrex [mailto:mb12 valtrex ] On Behalf Of gdread@... Guest guest
MB12 nasal spray cleared up my grandson's sinus problems and stuffiness in 4 days. Problem is we switched recently to MB12 shots and now the full stuffy nose is back. Maurinecatherine quinn wrote: my son suffers from ongoing sinus infections that leave purple/black eye circles. Guest guest
Can you continue to do both, hit it from everywhere provided he is not getting overloaded? Guest guest
Hmmm, Yasko recommends going at the B12 issue every which way you can - provided that the child is not overloading on methyl groups. Guess your doc has good reason, stuffy noses are a killer though - I had one for several years and it makes you feel like death - that's where I was coming from, personal perspective .
