Guest guest
Hi all, I hope you are going better and you are pain free. I re-write to Our wonderful Group to ask you for an important information about " acquired " or " congenital " Chiari and Siringomyelia. Excuse-me for all my questions! I'm so grateful for your goodness.. As many of you know, I had a terrible car accident in 1999 with a severe cranial trauma and other consequences. After this, I started to feel very ill, until in 2003 doctors finally were able to diagnose AC and SM and made me an urgent decompression. I'm still suffering and finding a way to go to TCI. But before my accident I was very healthy. No one doctor can say if my AC is post-traumatic or congenital, to understand this they would to have a MRI of the periode before accident, but I was so fine that I didn't need any kind of test! So, I would like to know if anyone of you had the same experience and the same difficulties to demonstrate to the opposal insurance that before accident you were well, so also that your Chiari has been caused or just made evident by the crash. Please, give me your advices! I thank you in advance. GOD BLESS YOU. Gessica
