Good afternoon Group,

Just wondering if any of the ladies had ever had problems with their cycle? I am having my period every 2 weeks and the MD thinks I have some of the bumps on my uterus. I have never heard this before.

Any advise would help. Thanks!

Dear Niki,

Bumps, as in EN bumps? Or fibroids? The female cycle is controlled by

hormones. Sometimes bleeding midcycle is a sign of ovulation, but two

periods in one month can be a sign of approaching menopause. I think

you are too young for that, right?

Love,

Well, we've all just learned recently that Sarcs can form on other

organs . . . maybe that's what's going on?? Fibroids are bumps on

the uterus and they can cause unusual bleeding patterns as well.

Sounds like a uterin biopsy is in your near future . . . I certainly

wouldn't want to wait on that one. Tell your doc to test your

thyroid and pituitary function while he's at it. A messed up

pituitary gland wreaks havoc on the menses as well. Good luck with

that.
