Guest guest
Good afternoon Group, Just wondering if any of the ladies had ever had problems with their cycle? I am having my period every 2 weeks and the MD thinks I have some of the bumps on my uterus. I have never heard this before. Any advise would help. Thanks! Guest guest
Dear Niki, Bumps, as in EN bumps? Or fibroids? The female cycle is controlled by hormones. Sometimes bleeding midcycle is a sign of ovulation, but two periods in one month can be a sign of approaching menopause. I think you are too young for that, right? Guest guest
Well, we've all just learned recently that Sarcs can form on other organs . . . maybe that's what's going on?? Fibroids are bumps on the uterus and they can cause unusual bleeding patterns as well. Sounds like a uterin biopsy is in your near future . . . I certainly wouldn't want to wait on that one. Tell your doc to test your thyroid and pituitary function while he's at it. A messed up pituitary gland wreaks havoc on the menses as well. Good luck with that.
