They helped a little bit for nerve pain, but the side affects were not worth it! Swelling of legs and feet(fluid), congestion and wheezing in my chest, SOB, and 10lbs. up in 1 month. My body needs more weight on it like it needs to have more pain. > my appetite like crazy. I told the doctor no way.
