Guest guest
This patient's Tricare coverage REQUIRES her to enroll in both A & B Medicare, otherwise, there will be no Tricare benefits. Because she is not disabled, she really shouldn't qualify for Medicare (and she does not want Medicare). Her problem is getting SSA to discontinue her Medicare eligibility so that her Tricare will then pay as the sole insuror. Guest guest
Is this a Renal patient? If she is a renal patient she must apply for Medicare A & B and if she should ever want disability she must apply for Medicare A & B. That is a federal guideline that she must abide by.
