We are in Eastern Washington and I drive down to Portland to a WONDERFUL doctor at The Neurological Center. Just thought you might want to know. My husband is on Exelon [a newer medication than Aricept, but may or may not work as well as Aricept], and Remeron [Mirtazapine] 15 mg at night that helps him sleep.
