Guest guest
My knees and fingers are rather clicky too. If I am keeping up with leg exercises, they get less clicky.

A quick note about echinacea: I have read (in an article from Bastyr natural health university in Washington state, USA) that one should only take echinacea when ill. Taking echinacea routinely, as if it were a vitamin, will cause the body to become accustomed to it, thus negating its special healing powers. The article also said that anyone who had been taking echinacea as if it were a vitamin should phase off it slowly because otherwise they could become extremely ill when they removed it from their system and forced their immune system to go back to functioning normally on its own. Guest guest
This is my first post, so I hope I've figured out how it's done ;-) I too have a sub-par immune system and allergies. I was wondering, among the allergy sufferers, does anyone else have trouble taking anti-histimines? I no longer can. When I was younger anti- histimanes would make me irritable, but anymore they make me downright (sometimes dangerously) paranoid. Is that a problem for anyone else? E. Guest guest
, Welcome to the group. We're happy to have you. Anti-histamines make me irritable as well, especially the day that I take them. I need to usually let them wear off before I can go out into public and not expect to snap at someone.
