Yellow around the skin of the eyes

If you saw someone with heavy yellowing around their eyes, what

would you think that is. I'm referring not to the white of the eyes

but the skin around the eyes (eyelids, and bags). Bad description,

but I hope you know what I mean. I have a client with very yellow

skin on her lids and beneath her eyes almost like a child had

painted around her eyes in yellow eye shadow.
