Hi Hillary,

I'm assuming that Armour works similarly to Synthroid, in that you

need to take it at least 1 hour before eating anything in order to

get the maximum effect. At least that's how I'm doing it.

Diplomate...uh...truth is, I have no idea. Sounds impressive

though. ;)
