Could this be tethered cord?

I am beginning to think maybe I have tethered cord as well as my ACM1.

For the last few weeks my entire spine hurts. I mean from my neck to by

butt. It is like the spine aches and then the muscles along side of it

go into spasm. I have taken Vicodin, acetominophen, and flexeril

(muscle relaxer) and nothing really helps. It starts out as soon as I

get up in the morning and goes on all day. Heat doesn't help and cold

doesn't work either. I am using a rub-on arthritis menthol gunk. IT

HELPS some! I do have osteoarthritis in my spine, but that should hurt

all of the time. The only semi relief I get is when I lie down.

I have never had chiari surgery as my symptoms are not that bad. I

think my reflexes are normal. (Just try to check your own....haha)

I do have some peripheral neuropathy in both shins, but not daily.

So my fellow chiarians, what is wrong with me?
