Guest guest
So I recently discovered that despite my blood test showing that my adrenals are fine, the results of the hormone panel/saliva test I paid for actually show that my body is suffering from excessive stress and adrenal fatigue. Go figure. The panel also showed that I am in particularly in need of Vitamins C and B5. Vitamin B5, after doing some prelim research, is what helps convert food to energy, gives you stamina AND WHAT KEEPS YOUR ADRENALS FUNCTIONING WELL. Don't you just love when things make sense. =) So I just wanted to pass on this info for those of you out there also suffering from adrenal issues. Vitamin B5, also known as Pantothenic Acid, can often be found in a good Vitamin B Complex supplement. Not sure of the interactions but haven't found any adverse ones so far. The recommended dosage of Vitamin B5 is 200-500 mg per day; should be taken with water after eating.
