fast before thyroid labs?

hi

when testing my thyroid labs, i don't take my thyrodi meds that day,

and usually go do labs in the morning between 9 and 11 am

since i test in the morning hours(the FRee Ts etc)

i usually nave not eaten anything.. ie fasting.

i also have adrenal fatigue / high cortisol and hashis (so probably

have food sensitivies a bit,, and know that caffeine does raise my

cortisol for a few hours ..

?

so will eating and drinking some coffee " skew " my Free T (and other

thyroid) tests?
