COMT++ you should be using hydroxy b12, not methyl

If you have run the full panel there is a spectrum of COMT++ and

depending on where you are on that - you can tolerate from a little

methyl donor to a lot of methyl donors. You basically would be on

the cusp of an over and under methylator at the minimum. What would

be the deciding factor would be your VDR mutations.

B12 is one of the methyl donors, there are others - SAMe, DMG etc -

so you would need to watch your total methyl intake.
