Guest guest
Aww Sheila! Well sister if you're like the rest of them here in St. Pete, join the crowd because it seems like people just start getting over the crud, and it comes back with a vengence! Perhaps another round of antibiotics? {{feel better hugs}} Debbie > Hi guys. Well, it's New Year's Eve, and I get to work an 11-12 hour > day. What joy! Guest guest
One thing I know, Sheila, if you don't get the necessary rest that you need, your adrenals are going to crash. I see that you're working more than one job with the physical problems that you have. You add to this by not getting the appropriate amt of sleep and rest that the body needs to do the repairs on itself. You may be too close to the situation to see this, but you need to step back and take a good look at how much rest you're not getting. Burning the candle at both ends will bring you nothing butr grief. Tx I feel like CRUD-again-OT > Hi guys. Well, it's New Year's Eve, and I get to work an 11-12 hour > day. What joy!
