I began giving my son magnesium as well. This is not something our

current MD suggested but other parents did. I think it is good to

have on board.

I was a bit shocked when I started digging into recovered kids strategies and

found that a

common element was epsom salt baths (magnesium sulfate).

We still give it to my son.

Yes, we use Magnesium in our son to help

relax muscles. I’m not certain of dosage.

That was one of the first things I read about to do about 7 years

ago when starting biomed. We did it for 6 years straight. Rarely

had a bath without it. And my son's close to recovery. It helped

him calm down, relax, stim less, decreased anxiety, consistent

stools. Good stuff!
