Guest guest
Don't mean to butt in here Sheila, but when you said you are nauseated in the mornings, I felt I should ask now. Did you say that you had had adrenal testing done---cortisol, DHEA, etc......? If you haven't, I think that it is urgent that you get an a.m. AND a p.m. cortisol done, at least. They are saying that the 24 hr. urine may be the most reliable for this, or the saliva tests. That morning nausea, when not pregnant is a dead giveaway. If you're in adrenal exhaustion, your cortisol will fight to rise when you get up out of bed, and it fight to rise all day long, trying to rise, but if it can't, this is where you will get all these sorts of symptoms, particularly nausea, inability to eat with a couple of hrs after rising, etc...Your adrenals will work themselves to death trying to make this stuff, but if they can't here comes a rise in other substances that you don't want rising in your body. It goes hand in hand with the thyroid problems. Tx Re: Armour arrived-Thanks Sheila Hi Carlita! Well, I guess you're gonna have fun cutting pills, huh! I sure hope the Armour will work well for you. Thanks for the tip. Sometimes I do have a few crackers. I really don't like juice though. I only drink it if my sugar level drops and I don't have a quick protein source around. I will drink juice at work. I just don't really care for it though unless it's warm V-8. It's weird. I used to like it. i still can't get to the point where i can eat in the mornings because I'm sick in the mornings. my dr. said it's because my sugar level is low and that's why I'm nauseated. He said if I eat a little then it will start to go away. I started putting some lactose free milk in my coffee. do you have problems with low sugar also? Happy New Year!
