Guest guest
Hi Laurie-- I've been drinking a breakfast shake with either milk or yogurt, raw eggs & a banana, I also sometimes put in some fresh ground flax seeds as well and a little vanilla--tastes great. Thanks for the web site I'll check it out. -- ----- Original Message ----- From: laurie@... With CFS in the house, the mainstream people would probably have fits! But, I think it will be of help to us. I want to get us off all the meds eventually, and just keep our health up with nutrient dense food. So, I found a website recently that uses egg in its product to fight Candida. They say that the chicken's immune system puts"antibodies (IgY) formed against those barnyard bugs that could harm its newborn chicks into the yolk of the egg. These antibodies are called IgY antibodies (immunoglobulins in yolk)". Immunoglobulins are also in whey, I believe. Aren't those mother's clever!!!!Here is the website I quoted fromhttp://www.candidatx.com/Default.asp So, instead of buying their products, I'm just going happily put these nice raw eggs into things. Maybe I'll try ceasar salads!Laurie

If you must eat eggs then best is to eat them raw. Now as for this list having a raw vegan empasis, well I guess that is kind of how it is turning out and evolving. However, my primary purpose for this list is to direct people to better health, of which eating raw vegan happens to is an integral part of healing a dis-eased body and overcoming the afflictions of not good eating habits. But more importantly is to help them achieve that by going about it at a speed that suits them. Not everyone can just jump in and be raw vegan. There is much more to overcome than just physical cravings. There is the mental aspect, memories, etc. I know lots of people eat flesh and animal by products. We all make choices in our lives. Some are really pro-survival and some are less pro-survival. The idea is to learn to make only pro-survival choices, those that create excellent health physically with translates into mentally and spiritually as well. Always go for organic meats or animal byproducts. Don't even mess around with the regular run-of-the mill hormone, anti-biotic, chemical laden store bought meats. Always go for raw too. Cooking any thing ruins it totally for anyone or anything. -- Peace, love and light, Don " Quai " Eitner " Spirit sleeps in the mineral, breathes in the vegetable, dreams in the animal and wakes in man.
