Guest guest Posted July 22, 2001 Report Share Posted July 22, 2001 Sourdough French toast 3 eggs 1 cup milk 2 Tbs sucanat 1 tsp vanilla 1/8 tsp salt 1 loaf sourdough bread, thickly sliced 4 Tbs butter 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon In a large bowl, whip together eggs, milk, sucanat, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Lightly dip the bread slices in the egg mixture. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook bread until browned on the bottom.
