Try using a humidifier at night. I have a bubbler attached to my

oxygen that I have to use at night so I don't have one in room, but I

find that if I don't use humidity at night I will wake up with a

stuffy nose. Maybe your nose is just getting dry and producing extra

snot to make up for it. My flows also increase with a little extra

humidity. That could be what your body likes about the part of GA you

are in. You are not too far from the coast (Augusta - right?). We

really should look at getting together sometime. Maybe a day out in

Athens. About 2 hrs for both of us!

Im really hesitant to be without something for allergies when prime

season starts here in Ga as I havent been through a spring/summer here

yet...and I dont know when it all starts flying here.? (Last week, we

had cotton flying around in the air..which is strange since its not

cotton season)? Maybe my body likes Ga more than I realize??? I am

allergic to most deciduous trees, pollen and grass..

Madeline, I thought about a humidifier, but even in Fl where it was REALLY humid, I was starting to have this issue with the zyrtec. But I had issues with my allergies down there so I didnt want to stop taking it and test out my theory. Plus...why would I wake up less congested if Im not taking the zyrtec??

As for meeting up sometime, that would be cool...you are right on the location. Do you use AIM at all? If you do my screen name is FFTaz71...feel free to IM me sometime.
