your favorite adrenal supplement?

I'm going to see my new integrative doc again on Tuesday to retest my thyroid.

She has me taking cordyceps for my adrenals... though I'll admit I haven't been

faithful with my compliance, I don't notice any difference on it. I also can't

find much on the web in relation to adrenals and cordyceps, it's just supposed

to help with energy through oxygen metabolism.

I thought she mentioned a different corticosteroid at some point she was

thinking of putting me on. For those who have taken adrenal supplements, what

has been the most successful for you? Cortef? Others?
