Thank God it wasn't pushed through congress as the President wanted so badly before the August break....like the " Stimulus " and the " budget " needed to be rushed through before anyone even read it and if he had his own way it would have been pushed through and passed but the nation rose up and said, NO! That is why we are fortune to be able to discuss this here and now and we should be instead of coming back at me with obviously wise remarks.
