Guest guest Posted December 22, 2011 Report Share Posted December 22, 2011 Dear Ashok, OCs are a sort of last resort for such problems. First we try counseling and Diclofenac. Even plain Iron supplementation with B complex works miracles. If all this fails, start with a low dose oc, switching to higher doses only if necessary.
