?Negative Effects on Valtrex

My 4 year old little boy became very aggressive and started throwing

tantrums when I started him on Valtrex. I was giving 1 pill in the

morning and 1 pill in the PM. I think its Valtrex?? It is so hard to

tell with a non-verbal child. Should I expect aggression/tantrums?

Please any advice would be greatly appreciated.
