Use of Valtrex - Comments?

My doctor has prescribed Valtrex for me, two pills (500mg per pill), three

times a day, and to do this for three months. I am again experiencing a

virus

flare, lip and chin, and feeling terrible. I started the Valtrex this

morning and am having significant reflux ( I have not this for awhile) . I

should note that I am washing off the blue color from each pill and taking

them with each meal. Any adults with experience taking Valtrex, I would

very much appreciate any comments and/or suggestions about dosage, length of

time to use, etc.. Thanks, Sam.

P.S. I should note that I am to start taking Diflucan in a few days after

starting the Valtrex (the delay is to see how I react to Valtrex). I have

taken Diflucan before and it has been a major help for me.
