Guest guest Posted August 2, 2003 Report Share Posted August 2, 2003 Hi and the group, I have also been on Colchicine. I was on it for 1-2 months without any effect. Right after I went on it I got very sick with fevers, etc. My primary doctor took me off it but I still had a fever about a week after going off it so they decided it was not the colchicine (they think the EN was causing the fever). I did go back on it and really had no results from it. The only thing it did was give my really nasty gas :-) My dermatologist said colchicine is used a fair amount with EN due to the anti-inflammatory agent in the drug.
