I say, in the last 6month, blah blah blah blah? Re: TLC Subjective Evalution Jim, I always answer this question when it comes up from clients, "that's why it's a subjective evaluation. It's up to you how you answer it." I personally would answer in relation to how much of an issue a particular item is in my life ( i.e. how much I would like to change it.)
