Jim,

I give them a time frame to consider, because there is often a question-

"When I was younger this happened alot, but not so much anymore..."

I say, in the last 6month, blah blah blah blah?

Re: TLC Subjective Evalution

Jim,

I always answer this question when it comes up from clients, "that's why it's a subjective evaluation. It's up to you how you answer it." I personally would answer in relation to how much of an issue a particular item is in my life ( i.e. how much I would like to change it.)

Hi,

I am a little bit confused about how to fill out the TLC Subjective Evalution form. (it's not for me, but a friend of mine J) .
