Jamy,

You mention high DHEA. What do you know about this? My daughter

tests with high DHEA and we are trying to help her, but there isn't

much info on high levels, only low. she is not supplemented.

E (Ellen in Missouri)

With Hashi and Graves I take 5-htp.

well, I went to labtestonline It says many things including pit tumor, but my DR doesn't seem too concerned. I am pretty sure that much with me has me going from Hashi to Graves. My antibodies for graves are way up. I also have low vitamin d. My friend who's student daughter tested low for vitamin d also had high dhea. Maybe one is compensating for the other. I wish I had a better answer, but am going to post the article next post from my dr. on vitamin d. Now he differs a bit from vitamin d council. Anyway, we drive everywhere and get less sun due to skin cancer so we make very little vitamin d.
