We have a recipient who is not on dialysis yet and his commerical

insurance has no donor coverage. The doctor wants to work the donor up

now but the recipient does not want to have the transplant until the

end of the summer. I was always told we can only go back three months

from the date of transplant to put appropriate charges on the kacc. Is

this true? is this in the medicare guidelines? thanks Kate
