Welcome to the group . I am going to give you my two cents

worth, but keep in mind I am a severe asthmatic and my reactions are

not always typical. My peak flows are almost always best between the

time I get up and lunch. I have an exhaustion factor & by the end of

the day I can guarantee a drop in my numbers. How much of a drop is

variable as I am affected by barometric pressures and other things

that we haven't even figured out yet. Also my peak flows are

definitely affected by most anything health related - from a common

cold, to a stomach virus, to a sinus infection, etc..... I do want to

ask you about your daily sleepiness. Have you spoken with your doctor

about that? It could be sleep apnea. I know many asthmatics struggle

with sleep apnea. In October I went to a sleep center & now sleep

with a CPAP machine. As long as my asthma is fairly quiet I have no

problems with the machine & I can definitely tell a difference in my

energy levels... just a thought.
