6 weeks on Diflucan but symptoms still going on

Hi Listmates

My son is on Diflucan for more than 6 weeks, 75ml, 2x day. At the

beginning we started to see green poop, and we're still saying it.

Other symptoms are: Giggling, verbal stims, Occasional constipation,

screaming in the night, waking up in the earlier morning.

Are we still in die-off stage? How long would that be?

Is switching to Nystatin a good idea?

Also giving Valtrex but we don't observe to much change from that

side, rather, these symptoms are most likely still pointing to

yeast/fungal.

Any suggestion?
