Hi all,

Has anyone been receiving requests for medical records from Aetna

Specialty Pharmacy for post transplant patients stating " documentation

must be available to the DMERC upon request " .

I would think that we could send it if needed rather than send it on

everyone who is post transplant.

Appreciate your thoughts.
