Social Security Hearing today

I was at the hearing, just confused about the results. The judge

was talking about the car accident I had in 2007 and how it had

significant impact. My lawyer and I talked outside the room and

decided to amend the date of disability to the car accident date.

We went back into the room told the judge. She said, 'the hearing

is over.' I was lost and kept asking my lawyer when we'd get the

decision. She told me I won.

Any questions ask, I'm not shy. Take care of you.

Oh, BIG Congrats Di........Couldn't be happier for you.  I know SSD doesn't

solve any medical issues, but is sure takes some financial burdens down a bit

and gets you medical insurance (if you didn't have it already?)

OK, that sucks! You are soooo right about the whole process and how

final approval is wonderful it is to have that affirmation and then to

have it questioned 5 years later is an insult!!

I've had mine approved for about 5 or 6 years (can't remember-lol) and

thst would infuriate me. I've often wondered if they review and when

they would do it.

Their " doctors " are an absolute JOKE!!!

Keep us posted as to what they (ssdi) do with your case. Did you ever

get a lawyer? If not, now may be the time...
