I was quite frustrated and have pretty much given up finding any answers. I still dont have any answers, lol, why I am so sick and what we can do to fix it. I have stayed on the list and read everyones stories and it amazes me that so many of usare the same age. in our 30's anyway.I had a flare in December, finally went to the dr in January, and got yelled at for being off all my meds.It seems I am allergic to my house. most specifically my basement. this is quite funnybecause I have tested negative for every allergy. and my IgE is normal. my doctor treated me with antibioticsand it helped alot, she thinks I am allergic to my pets, but since they cant prove it, oh well, lolAnyway this is kinda raambly but I thought I would just say hi, and whatever!Anita
Guest guest
Welcome back Anita! Yes there do seem to be quite a few members having problems right now in our 30's and 40's. I don't know if that is a coincidence or a trend. Could be that us children of the 80's have looser tongues! LOL. They can't figure out my triggers either. Seems I may be allergic to air. Since I test negative to everything that they have been able to test for. We are in the process of trying to get me to National Jewish. Maybe they have some more sophisticated allergy testing out there. However, my IgE numbers are high. Average from 590 - 740. Don't be a stranger! Guest guest
My lungs are not normal, my pft's are terrible, and have almost daily audible wheezes. just can't find the triggers, except life! Yeah Iknow the basements could be full of mold, but I have to be down there. Life ya know! I had astma as a young child, then it hid for a while, and now it is here full force. Thats good that you still work and stuff, I do too, daycare, very full time and its nuts. but I have not been in the hospital since last June so thats a good thing!
