I knew that MPV was certainly possible with thyroid disorders, but I really didn't realize just how prevalent it is and why. Guest guest
Just another example of how all the " specialists " I have seen ONLY focus on their own little area. I have seen a neurologist, internist, rheumatologist, endocrinologist, and cardiologist. None of them EVER connected my MVP with my Hashi's or RA! I never thought about the dizziness I have being related to the MVP. I haven't been having very many palpitations with it since I've been having this flare up, but the dizziness is awful. Thanks for the info, ! > mvp was one of the first things my new doctor checked for. > > -hillary > Mitral Valve Prolapse & Thyroid Disease > > > To All: > > Could this be the dizziness and tiredness some still experience, even when being adequately treated.
